Simply navigate to https://app.exordi.io and complete the sign up process. Make sure you sign up as a Brand and not a Creator.

Yes, your whole team can use one account. Once the first person creates the account, they are officially the admin. As admin, they can invite different team members, allowing your whole team to use the same account. Each team member can use the platform independently, meaning they can send briefs, pay out creators, save creators, and navigate as normal. Admins can do all of that, as well as top up credits, remove members, and see every single brief.
-
Team members can be added by the admin, which is the first person that created the account. Simply navigate to settings, click on members, and then add the different team members' emails that you wish to add.

No, you don't need to sign a physical contract, but you do need to accept our terms and conditions when you sign up, so please make sure to read them carefully.

Exordi has highly skilled, incredibly vetted photographers, video makers, and everything in between, such as art directors, producers, DOPs, colorists, visual effects artists, and more. All our creators undergo a rigorous vetting process that includes looking at their social channels and portfolios, getting on calls with all of them. If they're late to the call, we don't accept them, and we also need to like their general vibe.
-
When you create a brief, you select a series of parameters, such as content formats, locations, landscapes, and industries. Exordi has used different artificial intelligence tools to tag all the content that our creators create and post, both on their Exordi account and their social accounts. This allows Exordi to surface the best and most relevant creators for your brief and match them directly.
-
You can search creators by location right now by country and continent, not yet by city. If you have any city-specific request, please reach out directly to us. You can also search by niche. If you create a brief, the platform will share the best and most relevant creators for that niche. You can't yet search by format, although we're building that out right now.
-
Once you've created a brief, the platform will show you the best and most relevant creators available. Select all the ones that you're interested in and send in the brief. The creators that are available will mark themselves as available. You will then get a notification, and you can pick from all the creators that have marked themselves as available.
-
Click on the button "Create a brief", which you'll find at the top right of the screen. It's a five-step process that is relatively intuitive.

Yes, we have built a dedicated chat function that allows you to communicate directly with the creators. You can also add your team members. Scrap all of this and start again.
Yes, you can communicate directly with the creator through the in-app chat function that we've built. Any team member that you've added to your brief will also be in that chat, allowing them to either communicate or see the chat with the creator. The chat also supports different file sharing if you need to share NDAs or separate contracts or PDFs or anything like that. Moreover, if you need to schedule a call, feel free to use the chat function to send over the call invitation links.

This is an automated brief progress tracker that allows you to easily stay updated with all of your campaigns. It's divided into seven different steps:
1. Posted: Your brief has been sent to the creators.
2. Created confirmed: Creators have marked themselves available, and you have picked among the free creators.
3. Deposit paid: You've paid a 50% security deposit. This deposit doesn't go to the creator. Rather, it's held in escrow to mark your commitment towards the creator and also prevent the creators from keeping 50% and running off. That's why it's a security deposit.
4. Review it: The creator has uploaded content, and you as a client are currently reviewing it.
5. Approved: You've approved all of the content.
6. Approved: You've paid the remaining 50%.
7. Completed: You've downloaded the content. -
Once you have paid the 50% security deposit, the brief page will open up a content upload section. This is where the creators upload the deliverables for the brief. There's a straightforward review section where you can either comment on single images, comment on the whole set of deliverables. For videos you can also provide time-stamp comments. The creator will get the feedback notification and upload a new version.
-
Once you have approved all of the content, the platform will prompt you to pay the remaining 50%. Once the remaining 50% has been settled, you will be able to download the clean, un-watermarked version of the deliverables.

Credits are a form of prepayment, so you can choose to upload a certain amount of credits, whether it's $100 or $100,000. This will give you immediate cash on hand to easily and quickly pay creators whenever you need to. Differently from a bank transfer, you will have to wait. Scrap all of this: credits, or form of prepayment. You can upload whatever sum you want to your Exordi balance. This will give you a liquid amount of cash to use quickly and easily whenever you need to issue briefs.
This is different from a bank transfer, where you will have to wait several days for the Exordi team to issue an invoice, receive the funds, and then transfer them to your account. The other option is using a credit card for immediate payments. Although credits are also the cheapest form of payment, since there is only a 20% fee on top, differently from a credit card or bank transfer that has a 22% fee
-
Of course, you can either pay by card or bank transfer or even upload the necessary credits for that single project.
-
You have to pay a 50% security deposit to unlock the main brief features such as Content Upload (where creators upload the deliverables), Review process and to be able to Download the finished work. This is only a security deposit so it doesn’t go to the creator nor to us, it’s held in escrow as a confirmation of your commitment to the campaign but also prevents the potential risk of a creator running off with 50% of the fee.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
Of course, feel free to reach out to our team for the invoice.

For Creators
-
Apply through https://app.exordi.io on web. We will review your application but you must book a call with us too; until a call is booked you won’t have access to the platform.
-
A few days if you book the call quickly.

-
Create your profile thoroughly and as accurately as possible. Fill in all necessary information and upload content to it as well. Exordi, in the background, collects all of these tags and also tags the content that you upload, understanding the different parameters, such as:
industries
locations
season
content format
more
When a client creates a brief, they specify the same parameters. The more parameters you have in common, the more accurate the match. As a result, you will be suggested to the client once they finish a brief. If they like your profile, they'll send you the brief directly, and you can mark yourself as available or decline it.
-
Yes, if you go to the tab "My Work" and click on "External Projects", you can invite external clients. They will be kept in a private section of Exordi where they can't browse other creators, so they can only see you. Moreover, we do not apply an additional fee to any external projects. Therefore, you can use the platform and all its functionalities to get paid quickly to review content and to keep all the expenses in one place without extra fees.

There's the chat function. This allows you to communicate directly with the client. If you keep everything on the chat and should anything go wrong, we're able to intervene. If you take any communications off-platform, we cannot guarantee our help and our support to resolve the issue, and it will be in your hands.
The content upload section. Once you receive a brief, you will notice a brief progress tracker. The second point, called "Brief Confirmed," indicates that the client has paid a 50% security deposit. This doesn't come to us, nor does it go to you. It's held as a security deposit in Astro, highlighting the client's commitment to the job (meaning they won't cancel halfway through and you get no money), but it also prevents creators from receiving 50% of the fee and running off. Once the security deposit has been paid on the brief, you'll be able to upload any deliverables. It's important that you upload your deliverables here because Exordi applies a watermark to all of your content, meaning that the client cannot download and use it immediately and then pay you when they feel like it. Moreover, reviews on Exordi are limited to three, so the client cannot ask you for endless reviews. Once the client has approved the work, they will have to pay the remaining 50% of the fee and download your content. This is why we urge you to upload all your work through Exordi and use the portal to manage the entire campaign, because it will allow you to get paid immediately. Most importantly, it protects you.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Clients can provide feedback on all of the content, both through images but also on videos on different seconds. We built our own version of Frame.io. Reviews are limited to three by clients, and you will get notified whenever a client has given a review or approved your content.
-
You get paid as soon as the client has improved your work. Clients have to pay the full fee in order to download the clean version of your work. This is why we stress that you keep all of your work on Exordi. Once they've paid for the work, within a few days you will receive the money.

Exordi only allows one creator per job. Some jobs can easily be done by one creator; however, sometimes large scale productions will come through that require entire production teams. In this case, if you accept, it’s your role to source and gather the team and you will become the Producer leading the production. Within the brief, you can add extra expenses, this section can be used if you need to hire extra equipment or if you need extra staff that wasn’t originally accounted for.
